In an unprecedented move, ECO Canada has launched Project IGNITE, an innovative initiative poised to revolutionize greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction efforts across Canada. Backed by a substantial $1 million investment from the Government of Canada, this project aims to break down barriers, fill talent gaps, and foster a network of institutions and enterprises committed to a low-carbon future.

Accelerating the Adoption of Low-Carbon Technologies

Project IGNITE, short for Innovating GHG-Reduction, Nurturing Institutions, And Training Enterprises, is meticulously crafted to tackle the primary obstacles hindering the widespread adoption of low-carbon technologies and practices. By addressing these challenges head-on, the project aspires to catalyze transformative change in how Canada approaches GHG emissions reduction.
