    THE OGM SPECIAL: Salmon Taco Salad With A Delicious And Healthy Twist

    Ingredients:

    Instructions:

    1. Start by preparing the salmon. You can sear it in a pan with a tablespoon of oil until it’s cooked to your desired level of doneness.
    2. . Alternatively, you can bake or grill the salmon according to your preference.
    3. While the salmon is cooking, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
    4. . You can use your favorite variety of lettuce, such as romaine or butter lettuce, or a garden variety mix.
    5. Prepare the toppings for your salad. Dice the avocado, slice the tomatoes, and chop the cucumber. Crumble the feta cheese and grate the cheddar cheese or cube it.
    6. Once the salmon is cooked, flake it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
    7. Now it’s time to assemble your Salmon Taco Salad. Add the flaked salmon, diced avocado, sliced tomatoes, corn, black beans, chopped cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and grated cheddar cheese to the bowl of lettuce.
    8. For extra crunch and flavor, sprinkle some tortilla chips on top of the salad.
