    7 Things Resilient People Do

    1. Resilient people make mistakes

Resilient people don’t hide behind perfection and pretend everything is ok with a stern front. Quite the opposite—resilient people make mistakes, admit it, get the lessons, revise, and rewrite the course. It’s an ongoing battle every day, correcting the path to success. They know that mistakes are part of the process, and they create a culture in their organization where mistakes become part of the path to success. They take ownership of the past without being bound by it. Most of all, they don’t let mistakes limit the range in which they take on new projects and risk in the future.
